All payments are processed securely through M-PESA via our payment partner, Megapay. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize the total amount of your purchase
• Comply with M-PESA's terms of service

4.2 Pricing

• All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors
• Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and time limitations

4.3 Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• An order confirmation via WhatsApp (to the number provided)
• A download link for your purchased Digital Products
• A receipt or order reference number

5. Digital Products & Downloads

5.1 Access to Products

After successful payment, you will receive:

• One (1) download link for the purchased product
• Access to the product for personal use only
• Download link valid for 7 days from the date of purchase

5.2 License to Use

When you purchase a Digital Product from KenyaVault, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:

• View and download the product for personal or educational use
• Print copies for personal study purposes
• Share with students in your class (teacher license applicable)

5.3 Prohibited Uses

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Digital Products - No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Digital Products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

6.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you cannot download your product despite multiple attempts, and we cannot resolve the issue.
• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same product.
• Product Not as Described: If the product significantly differs from its description.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6.3 How to Request a Refund
